


I use a roku device and all other apps on there work fine but sling doesn't work.Īny ideas on what I can do? I'd appreciate help since apparently sling support can't give me To recap to make sure we're on the same page: you're subscribed to the SlingTV service and are having trouble playing content from it. Sling will work on my phone if I use mobile data and not my internet which is why their support team has told me its my internet providers fault.

I'm unsure why it's not connecting with my WiFi as I pay for the highest speed and all other apps and devices work just fine. So I've been back and forth with the slingtv support team all day and their conclusion is that it's not streaming due to my internet connection.
